Just in time for Xmas is this beautiful red brand new and in perfect mint condition SIlca floor pump. All metal with a super nice stained hardwood handle. The chuck comes with a plastic cap & is set for Presta valves. The gauge is tight, responsive, and accurate. If you haven't used Silca products then do yourself a favour and get this pump. If you're familiar with Silca then you know their stuff is top quality and built to last lifetimes. All of their floor pumps are rebuildable and replacement parts are available. I have one of their Moltini orange Pista floor pumps that I bought new in 1983 and it still works perfectly (I've only ever had to replace the leather gasket inside and keep it greased) - hence I don't need this one. The book on the left is the one for sale. Dust cover is not great (as you can see) but is intact. The rest of the book is in good used condition with no damage to the binding or pages inside, save the first blank page under the cover, which has some wrinkle creases. This is a large coffee table book, full of color photos and copy and major race results for 1986 at the end. Close to 200 pages of juicy road racing from the latter dawn of the era when north Americans began making their mark in the sport. Go to my photos (Items for sale folder) and see a bunch more images I've uploaded showing the condition and contents of this really cool book. This one is vol 5 of the 10+ vol series that started in the early '80s, produced by the folks at Winning (they made that sweet Winning monthly magazine that showcased road racing.) These books are hard to find. (If you have the vol 3 1984 season with Connie Carpenter on the cover...whow! LMK. Been looking for it for years to finish out my collection.)
