The Bikes of YT's Red Bull Rampage Riders
Because Rampage has sold out and is a distant memory of what it once was. Before you had a bunch of guys stoked to make it down the mountain in one piece. Watching events was as easy as showing up and finding a spot to watch the riders come down. There were no sandbags or wooden features. The course was still very raw. Now you have $500 ticket packages, riders are bitching each year about people stealing their lines, riders like Cam Zink get robbed on their runs, and you have slopestyle runs like thatlacondeguy winning. Basically it has turned into a giant soap opera and big air is rewarded vs technical ability. I'm glad I went a few times before they charged for tickets. Now I'm content watching the event on TV and figuring out how the winner was crowned vs someone else.

Video: Adventuring from Aspen to Crested Butte & Back in 36-Hours
Those climbs near Crested Butte are brutal compared to our paved paths in Salt Lake. Much respect for those Colorado riders who do a ton of vertical climbing for what seemed like very little downhill reward.

You didn't review any Kent, Genesis, Hyper, Huffy, or Schwinn mountain bikes, this bike comparison sucks ;)

The History of YT Industries at Rampage
Summed up YT Rampage history, Lacondeguy bitching every single year he didn't take first and being a poor sport. Then finally getting a consolation prize win to shut him up despite not having the hardest run. Cam Zink getting robbed when he had some of the hardest runs multiple years.
