@Jwimmer: you just have to price in doing the service. Any used frame I get, I plan on replacing bearings, service the suspension, and clean everything.

@valrock: totally get that, and I agree. The problem is whether the builders did any of the work to make sure there wasnt an endangered newt or a previously undiscovered cultural site.

I’m betting the trail builders would have avoided obvious features, but were there any risks to archaeological or cultural sites? Even if there’s existing infrastructure nearby, how wide were their assessments?
