I did see it. I understand it's confusing, but a Maisonneuve is a ligamentous injury of the ankle joint with an associated proximal fibula fracture. This is a tibia fracture with an associated proximal fibula fracture, from rotation as well, but they are treated very differently.

Orthopedic surgeon here. It is more than a broken tibia, but we use the eponym Maisonneuve fracture to describe an upper fibula and unstable ligamentous ankle injury. We typically just refer to this as a tibia fracture.
