@benpinnick: Thanks man. We are a small private team and ultimately the goal is to get riders to progress onto the next level. If we can take them there and go along for the ride with them, growing the team and progressing, then that'd be great but if a bigger team comes calling then it's something we'd be stoked for the rider about too.

Would like to add that Louise is possibly the most chilled out, nicest rider I've ever had the pleasure of having on the team. Her progression levels are insane, from flips to tuck no handers and then winning races. Just a pure mountain biker !
