Selling my practically unused 2007 SX trail as I have ridden it about 4 times in the last 2 years due to uni . I am open to any offers. Would prefer a local pickup, as things can go wrong with the post people manhandling boxes. This is a fantastic bike, can be built up lighter still but as I have it I managed to use it for everything from xc to downhill. Really sad to have to sell it but no point having it if I can't ride it. Frame was bought in 2010 2nd hand, but very good condition. Some of the parts are off my old kona coilair and some of the parts are brand new and so have barely been ridden. Spec: Frame: 2007 SX trail 170mm rear travel FOX DHX 5.0, comes with two links to run 'high' and 'low' geometry. All works well, minor paint chips that were on the frame when it was bought. Paint job is meant to have the faded bits on it. Also comes with the mudflap for the shock. Forks: 2007 Fox 36 FLOAT R 160mm travel , super smooth forks may need the FLOAT fluid to be topped up but apart from that no issues. Few cosmetic scratches Headset: FSA Pig, bought when bike was built Wheels: Mavic EX721 rims on Sun Ringle disc jockey rear and Hope Pro 2 on the front, bought brand new when I built this in 2010, small flat spot on rear rim, but apart from that have barely been ridden. Tyres: Maxxis Highroller super tracky dual ply front, specialised chunder rear (pretty much the same as a 60a dual ply highroller) Brakes: Avid Elixir R, fantastic brakes, bled when bike was built. Rear brake rubs a bit. Crankset: Shimano Deore LX with Hope external bottom bracket. Will also provide the unused Shimano Hollowtech II bottom bracket that came with the cranks. Think its a 36T chainring. Gearing: Shimano Deore LX rear mech, well used, but still straight and running with no issues, think the cassette is a deore lx 9 spd cassette. Deore LX shifter (type where you can shift up and down with thumb), cable is run through a goodridge housing. Chainguide: Truvativ Chainguide Pedals: Wellgo pedals Cockpit: Truvativ Stem, Funn Handlebars, Sunline lock on grips (thick ones) Seatpost: NC17 seatpost Saddle: WTB seatpost Will also include 2 spare pairs of brake pads, a spare brake disc, hope pro 2 QR adapters for the front wheel As mentioned I am open to any offers.
