Video: A Coastal Reverie in California
no way, Los Osos sucks. I live here, grew up here, and ride those trails regularly. Dustiest pieces of trash ever. Poison oak all over the place. Tons of poison oak. Jerk locals. Yeah, don't visit. Go away.

Ceramicspeed Claims Their Bearings Could Outlast Your Frame - Eurobike 2018
@sherbet: These bearings have porosity on their surface anyway. They're basically the same cheap Chinese trash but sold as better. Ceramic Speed doesn't post any data regarding porosity testing, surface testing, hardness testing, and has recently deleted all their 200-400 micrometer images. These people are straight up frauds.

Ceramicspeed Claims Their Bearings Could Outlast Your Frame - Eurobike 2018
Where does Ceramic Speed post any data that proves the quality of their bearings? Has any engineered signed off saying they're Grade 3 Ceramic Balls? I've asked Ceramic Speed a bunch of times and all it's lead to is them deleting the page they had that contained images of a few balls taken at 400 micrometers. This industry doesn't seem to be transparent about their claims. Nothing about porosity meter testing, hardness testing, roundness testing, or anything about meeting ASTM. Google 'Ceramic Speed ASTM' and nothing from Ceramic Speed comes up. Nothing proves these balls are better than 'cheap Chinese balls'.

this works for people who don't take their wheel off and check the dish on it when they true their wheels. do it properly once and you'll save from futzing around a bunch later.

Emmeline Ragot Announces Retirement
why are there so many no-name dudes with sponsors, no-name dude's brother's riding their brother's sponsorship, all with worse scores than women like Ragot, but women like Ragot struggle to find one? and then a bunch nameless, non-industry dude's criticize her when she decides to knock it off?

Atherton took the overall title - where have you been? I don't know where you pulled data from, but since this seems to be based more upon personal experience: every dude I know couldn't give a single 5hit for men's DH. you seriously seem clueless.

Emmeline Ragot Announces Retirement
I respect this person so much! She is awesome. It's weird, curious how many of the people who disrespect her decision have been racing the WC circuit for a decade with multiple overall titles... kind of seems like a lot of baseless and ignorant criticism being tossed her way!

Rachel Atherton wins the UCI Mountain Bike DH World Cup overall title in Windham
I'm not entirely familiar with the points system, but it appears Rachel has more points than Aaron. That's so awesome.
