Brilliant tech and very glad it's now available for consumers for mtb! I use a Tech Air 7x on for street moto track riding, as well as highway riding. I'd like to see it mandatory sooner than later for the WC DH racing and see less serious injury for sure.

I'd like a real expert like Dr. Layne Norton review and rip it apart if it warrants it. And there is not strong evidence that taking amino acid blends is appreciably better than just ensuring good protein intake. But I'd generally otherwise agree with your tiered evidence list. But $10/d (CAD) for this? Fvck off. I take a lot of the strong evidence and some moderate evidence ones separately and it's waaaaaay cheaper.
