First time I saw a 951 in Costco, the fork was installed backwards. I pointed this out to manager, who said it was just a demo bike and it didn’t matter. So when hundreds/thousands of Joe Schmos buy these bikes and improperly build them, the potential for catastrophic failures and crashes must be a QC risk management nightmare.
