Hello Everyone,
I had a heart attack in 92 and have been fighting for my health ever since. I'm reclaiming my life back from doctors that just want me to be unhealthy to line their wallets!!
I'm 47 looking to save my life and reclaim my love for biking. I have not riding in over 15 years and so much has changed. I'm hoping to get advice from the Pinkbike community.

don't show your dad this because he'd be pissed that he spent all that money on college and his engineer son can't keep a tire !!!.....lololol.......I was trike sliding on my BIG WHEEL in the early 70's!! looks like a blast!!
