Looking to let go of my dedicated race bike. I absolutely loved this bike, but I find myself riding it less and less and I'm looking to downgrade to something more economical. I have ridden and raced my spark all over the country, and have religiously kept it washed and lubed with only genuine MucOff products. The are quite literally no stock parts left on this bike except frame and rear shock. This is my favorite I have ever owned and it pains me to have to sell it, but it's hard to justify such an expensive bike anymore. Let me know if you're interested and maybe we can work something out. The derailleur, complete with Kogel OSPW cage, and chain are brand new with less that 300 miles. The power meter spider is brand new with less than 500 miles. I recently replaced every single bearing on the bike including pivot bearings, bottom bracket, headset, wheel bearings, and derailleur pulley cage all with less than 1000 miles. Suspension has been serviced with less than 300 miles and works perfect. I removed the chainstay guard and replaced it with electrical tape because i was having a small issue with tire clearance on 2.4s with inserts, but its an easy fix to buy a new guard and cut it to size. I also wrapped electrical tape around the cockpit/handlebars to protect the finished carbon from raceplates and other scratches. In order to keep the TwinLock system and fit a dropper post, I installed a Sram blipbox in the steer tube with some inspiration from Kate Courtney's 2019 race bike. I still have the stock carbon Syncros stem/bar and seatpost that I will include with the purchase. The DT Swiss 1501 wheels are by far the most durable and reliable wheels I have ever seen; they've got close to close to 18,000 miles across 6 years (they came off another bike) and I've only ever broken one spoke. Old Orbea XC race bike that has had several upgrades. Complete with Sram Eagle drivetrain, Fox performance fork and Mavic carbon wheels. This bike is coming up on a decade of XC race use and still works and looks great. These days, it just sits in a garage so if your interested, send an offer. An unassuming bike that can handle a lot of trail, or live a second life as a hearty commuter. There are obvious blemishes but no carbon damage anywhere.
