Avid Bleed Kit
$25 CADAvid bleed kit. I had it for my Juicy 7s, but it probably works on the Codes, Elixir, other Juicy series, etc.
I am pretty sure this works with Formula brakes as well; I had Formula The Ones, and I am 99% sure I used this kit to bleed them as well.
