Used to live near nice trails built around an old water gully with nice elevation & trail design … then I moved to flatland purgatory. Don’t really need a full-blown DH rig to chase armadillos, so the Truax is in storage until Spider Mountain (only 5 hours away, who’s counting). In the meantime, I’m wrenching together a Wally World Ozark Trail special to ride the tiny local trails and follow my youngest son along the canal near our house. Looking for a 120–140 mm fork — preferably a silver Pike, because fast is cool but shiny is faster.
