@vjunior21: I have no doubt about your negative experience; however, as a counter-point, I've had only positive experiences with Ibis and their customer service. (ordered a ripmo in february and had it less than 3 weeks later)

$2200 USDUp for sale is a 2014 Santa Cruz Tallboy, Aluminum frame, size Large. Has been gently-ridden (i'm a 58 year old college professor, so I'm definitely not riding very fast or jumping off things). It has some superficial scrapes and scratches, but has been meticulously maintained by expert mechanics and rides like new. New 1x drivetrain and brake pads installed a few weeks ago, including Wolf Tooth Components 30t 104bcd Drop-Stop Chainring,, Shimano XT cassette and Wolf Tooth Components 42T GC cog for Shimano, new Shimano bottom bracket, Fox suspension and fork just fully serviced, full tune-up with new bearings and pivots, Shimano Deore brakes, etc.. This bike is in excellent condition and ready to provide completely trouble-free riding for years to come. Back problems and need for bigger bike necessitate me selling this great bike. Retail was $3099, just put additional $750 into aforementioned upgrades and service. please email any questions, full specs, etc.. picture posted is when I first got the bike will post more and current photos as soon as it stops raining.
