With the snow coming to the UK and the need for some two-wheeled looseness reaching peak levels there was only one place to go, Wheeler’s Holidays in Lousa.
To say the chalet is nice would be a serious understatement, with a pool, hot tub and bike room on site, this chalet was built for the glamorous sun soaking MTB’ers among us. I met up with Freddie Leth and Bob Bertelsen, two riders from Denmark who were also out for some dust filled riding.
When it comes to the trails, be it training to shave those seconds off your race time or getting your confidence up on the jumps, Lousa has it all. The tracks are loose with plenty of opportunity for some serious fun and wild lines to be taken.
Having had a rad weeks riding in both sun and rain I decided an edit was the only way to try and show how rad this place really is. Check out the crash reel at the end, some serious 'Euro hunting' was had.
Cheers Brett for such a rad week!
