I’m selling my very-loved SC Tallboy 4. It has a sweet custom build It’s an XL, I’m 6’1” and it fits me perfectly. It has a few dings and scratches, but nothing out of the ordinary for a bike with 3 seasons of riding. It is ready to go. Bike is in Durango, but I’m often on the Front Range and Western Slope. I’m selling a beautiful vintage Colnago. Im fairly certain (google + Facebook research!) that it’s a 1996 Superissimo. Full campy drivetrain (veloce) and brake set (centaur). 10 speed with a triple (3x10!). Mavic Open-pro wheels with new-ish tires. Chris King 1” headset. Gorgeous lugs and paint. Straight fork. The steel frame rides soooo smooth, I never came close to finding the speed limit for this bike. I’ve owned it for ~7 years and it was only ridden a few times a year. I typically mountain bike and would only ride it in the spring before the trails dry out. Totally functional. I just rode it in the Iron Horse Bicycle Classic and had (no exaggeration) 10 people comment on it. It’s ClassyAF. I’m not sure what a fair asking price is, so let me know if I’m off. Feel free to make an offer, especially if it’s a carbon gravel bike!

I think it’s a 2020. Story: I bought a SC Tallboy 4 frame and a friend and bike-shop owner had this shock sitting aside. It was his backup shock off a ripley (or maybe a revel ranger?) It was never ridden when I got it. I took it to Diaz Suspension Designs to make certain it was tuned correctly for a TB4 (175# rider). I rode the shock for ~10 rides, less than 200 miles. Not a scratch on it, looks new. SC TB4 bushings in place ready to go. It rode perfectly but I just wanted the sex-appeal of the RS Super Deluxe Ultimate.

2018 Fox 36 Maintained by Diaz Suspension Designs. Custom tune for ~170# rider Taken off a SC Hightower. Used as a xc bike. Never ridden DH or at the bike park. I did rub a spot down on one of the stanchions. The wizards at DSD smoothed it out and it does not leak or have any issues. 7” steer tube
