The swing arm, pivots in the bottom bracket with a Torrington needle ring, like some Kona models.

Hi, I made this prototype only in 3d, I would love to make it real, but I dont have enough money to do it.
The base point of the shock is made of 6061 alu, 5 mm thickness, the simulation express goes well to simulate preloads, and virtually it works, in the reality, I dont know...
The two parts of the tubeseat are welded with a cylindre in the middle, like some Foes designs, if in a Foes model works, why it wont work here?

Gracias, si la idea fue pensada para hacerla en aluminio, pero bueno mi presupuesto dio para caño de acero costurado, mas que aca en Mar del Plata no se consiguen los caños de AL ni buen soldador.
Respecto al tema de producirla, por ahora es solo un prototipo de tesis, pero si me encantaria poder conseguir alguien que financie la construccion de un par mas, y que se empiece a usar para comprobar si realmente es buen diseño.

The gearbox is on the top of the bottom bracket, is not a single speed
