Apr 28, 2013YETI SB 66 XT BUILD !
$2000 GBPFull 2012 medium XT build SB-66 for sale due to being all over the UK with work. This is the later batch of frames, so it doesn't have the issues with tire clearance and bearing wear (first batch had lower specification bearings).
The bike is currently setup with a 1X10 XT groupset with LS-1 chain device with taco – all running straight and smooth. I opted for the Fox Float RLC fork with kashima coating and removed the 10mm spacer to increase fork travel to 160mm, which helps to slacken it out a little. The forks have been serviced twice in accordance to Fox’s recommendations. This bike is maintained thoroughly and rides like a dream. The bike was heli-taped from the moment it came out the box, but it has picked up a few small marks here and there. On the whole it is in very good condition and the price I’m asking for reflects that.
.
Spec:
Yeti SB 66 Frameset – Black, with Fox Float RP3 – Kashima coated.
Fox Float 160mm travel, black – Kashima coated.
XT Groupset running 1x10 with LS-1 and Taco. 203mm front rotor, 180mm rear.
Raceface atlas bars at 785mm.
Thompson 70mm stem.
Rockshox Reverb – 125mm travel.
DT 350/EC530 Wheelset – Black, 12mm rear axle (also includes QR chipsets).
Cane Creek Headset.
WTB/Yeti Saddle.
Bearing in mind the specification of this build and the servicing that has gone into it, I’m asking for £2000ono. Considering the frameset alone will set you back nearly £2k, I think you’re getting a good deal. I’d prefer collection in person (based in Newport South wales but have a vehicle and can meet half way somewhere) to ensure the buyer gets the bike in the condition they see it and not get damaged in the post…
