08 Whyte 19 Sram XO, Revelations, Hope, Juicy Ultimates

$799 GBP
Hello and thanks for looking at my Whyte 19 XC bike. I bought this bike with the intention of riding more XC based routes etc but as with all good intentions, it never happened and after riding this bike LITERALLY ONCE off-road its been sat in my garage ever since, playing second best to my full-sus bike. As such it is in IMMACULATE condition, and the only tiny marks on it have been caused due to storage; being in the garage and people not being careful etc... Its got a huge spec on it, and cost me over £2k when new which is a hell of a lot for a hard tail really, so I'm set to make a pretty big loss but needs must I'm afraid: Spec: 2008 Whyte "19" AN6 Mag/Alloy Frame - Size Large Rock Shox Revelation TwinAir/Motion Control/ U-Turn + Lock out Hope Pro II F&R Hubs in black laced to... Mavic X719 Rims, using DT swiss spokes Avid Juicy Ultimates F&R (180/160mm rotors) Sram XO rear mech Sram XO cassette Sram X9 shifters Shimano XT front mech Truvativ Firex chainset Easton Monkey Lite XC Carbon Bars Easton EA50 Stem Carbon headset spacers & top cap FSA sealed headset Thompson seat post DMR V12's Black Continental Double Fighter tyres (changed these over because I rode it to work a couple of times) Cateye Strada Computer Cateye lights Topeak Saddle bag Tacx silver carbon bottle cage PocketRocket mini pump Some cheesy carbon effect mudguards... not my thing but they happened to be lying around All of which has had very little use, everything looks like brand new and it wants for nothing. To be sure though, my best mate is a technician at our local shop and so I've dropped the bike off with him today (21/9/11) for a good going over, and so it will come back with a clean bill of health and be ready to be re-homed!! This is a reluctant sale because the bike rides so nicely, but I just aren't using it and so I can't really justify keeping it. I am open to offers on the price, but please keep it sensible, and I categorically will NOT take any sort of swap or P/X so please do NOT send me any offers, they will be strictly ignored. I am willing to post the bike: if you would like to buy the bike and have it sent out to you, this will be at your extra cost (£20ish at a guess) and I will get my mate to dismantle it, and pack it up in a proper bike box to be sent to you so no need to worry there. If you have any questions then please give me a call/text on 07854 969 301 I'll try my best to help. Thanks - Matt
