Great used 13.5” Specialized Hardrock Mountain bike 26” in great condition. Frame has been powder coated matte black not long ago. Perfect for smaller riders. Standover is approx 27” in the middle of top tube. My wife is 5’1” and it fit her perfect, so a person who is plus or minus a few inches should fit this bike. Selling because I got her another bike. Great working bike rack with a good amount of weather wear. One tray has a crack but holds wheel/bike with out any issues. Folds up nicely. Have a truck now so don't need this anymore.
