Hi all, need to shift my Kona Coilair 2008 (M), it currently has no chain and could do with a new drive chain. Genuinely I need the space as ive moved back to a hard tail as I cant be bothered with the maintenance of a Full Susser, Bike comes complete with custom white Jucy 3 brakes with new pads recently fitted, marzocchi 66's 180 travel freeride suspension, Halo freeride front wheel with Maxis High roller tyre & Hop Evo hub, and advantage on the back. RP23 fox rear shock with pro pedal, The large ring has been taken off and replaced with a bash guard. The Kona frame is still in great condition and has the magic link, could really do with a service on the gears too. Would make a great project bike. Please get in touch if interested cheers

Hi all, I really could do with swapping my Kona Coilair for a lighter trail/XC full susser, the Kona Coilair is a 2008 model which I bought a few months ago for around £750 off ebay, at the time when I bought it I diddnt realize how much I would miss my lighter full susser around the long trail riding which I mainly do. Bike is a MEDIUM frame The bike has had various upgrades: Marzocchi 66 180 travel forks (these will handle anything you throw at them XC or Freeride or even DH) front wheel has been upgraded to a Halo Combat with Hope Evo 2 Hub (Tank proof), both wheels have big chunky Maxis Advantage tyres running on them. Custom white Avid Jucy 3 brakes with the front running of a 200mm disc rotor and the rear on a 160mm (ultimate stopping power) brand new brake pads added this week Large front cog has been removed and a solid clear DMR slam guard put in the place Brand new Sram chain fitted last week DMR lock on grips The bike has Shimano Deore gears/shifters, recently indexed too, and comes with the Fox RP32 rear shock, this is the model with the Kona magic Link which is an auxiliary shock for the rear. one thing to note is that the bike needs a new rear cassette (deore 9 speed) and the right side shifter will need replacing soon too, not big jobs. Basically in the middle gears they are slipping sometimes due to it being worn down, NOTE THAT THE BIKE STILL RIDES WELL, just a couple of pointers that will need to be sorted soon on the bike (prob under £75 to sort) This is a brilliant all round build capable of anything, can be set up for trail riding or this will even handle full DH riding, it is a perfect all mountain bike, weighs around 35ibs. Really looking for a Stumpy if poss, or anything similar, really want 140 travel on the front as I mainly do trail riding in wales etc Please contact me if you are interested in a trade, depending on what the bike is I will be willing to also add some cash (up to £200) in on the deal if it was the right stead. cheers for looking John
