Deity Vendetta Cranks

I work at a bike shop, although most of their products seem to be top notch I ordered a set of these cranks for my bike and when we got them both arms had unfinished threads so they had to be re tapped to work properly. The cranks also didn't come with stickers. Over all great cranks but I feel that a small company like this shouldn't have any major problems like unfinished threads.
