I'm back on now :) not got full range of movement back yet but it's mostly back to normal excluding the occasional ache after waking up in the morning. I was out the saddle for almost 3 months.

I came off at a trail centre in August and landed on my elbow, dislocating my shoulder and fracturing my humerus. Not recommended ;)
