I had gotten this bike after riding a kona unit fully rigid for some time and found a love for steel. Having been a suspension, geometry nerd for the last many years, I thought this bike would just be a change of pace, something different, and new. I didn't expect it to ride better than nearly all my vpp, fsr, meistro, etc bikes with pricey low/hi comp/ reb suspension, but low behold, it is quite amazing. The Geometry, with the external lower headset/ 160mm fork, really makes this bike stable and controllable. The single pivot oddities one would expect like brake jack and pedal bob are much less than anticipated. The coil shock and specific tuning really help out. the lateral flex and compliance of the chromoly make this thing corner and stay planted better than nearly every bike I've owned. Especially for a 29er. It has been well ridden, well loved, and ready to be passed onto the next. It gets the funniest looks of confusion since no one knows what it is and it looks like a rust bucket lol. (my favorite) It is raw untreated rust. Still quite in the patina stage, so there is no weakening to the metal. If subject to the environment, especially salty air on the coast along with time, the rust would continue on. Here in Phoenix, arizona, where the bike currently lives, I'm not worried about it. There are many methods of neutralizing, clear coating, powder coating, to inhibit the further growth of rust if this was a fear of yours. As show complete with water bottle, it weighs in at 40 lbs. This is a bike that's meant to be ridden and has been ridden. tons of scratches, blemishes, etc. all is in perfect working order and ready to rip.

Specialized Enduro Elite Frame, Shock, Dropper

$900 USD
2015 Specialized Enduro Elite Frame. Purchased new in Oct 2016 and rode it for less than a year mostly in the Phoenix area as well as Flagstaff. There are the usual scratches and dings you'd expect from desert trail mountain biking in AZ but nothing that would affect the strength of the frame. There is one spot where I started to remove the blue graphics on the left seatstay that you can see in the pics. Comes with Cane Creek Inline shock, Specialized Command Post dropper post 125mm 3 click with lever, bb30 bearings, headset and Taco Blade (for mounting a front derailleur if you're so inclined) Stock, brand new the bike weighed just over 31 lbs, but with some updgrades I was able to get it down to the high 20's. New, this bike had an msrp of $5000 This bike ended up being just a bit more than I needed, so I went back to my stump jumper with the parts from this frame. If you're looking for a bike that can get you to the top of your favorite trail and handle the gnarliest descents the endure 29 is for you. Any questions don't hesitate to ask. Thanks Dustin

Custom 130mm 24" Specialized Safire

$1400 USD
Specialized Safire Comp size S custom 24” This bike started as a limited edition safire comp in Black/ Komen size small. My son needed a bike, so we converted it to a 24” Not just converted the wheel size, but actually shortened the rear end (seat stay/ chainstay all jigged to retain proper geometry) welded by Jon @ Future Fabrication That meant custom wheels, short cranks, along with a extended range 1x10 drivetrain all xt too keep it simple. Being all on air, fully tunable for rider weight 130mm of travel, this bike ripps. Weighing in as pictured @ 24lbs, but could get tons lighter if desired. Since I broke my thumb and haven’t been riding, neither has my son, and unfortunately even with this extent of build, he’s just not into it like I thought he would be. The bike will fit with seat slammed from 4’2” up to 5’3” or so. Frame: M5 aluminum safire comp w/ custom 24” rear end Shock: Fox Triad air 120mm shock Fork: Fox F130 RL, 130mm travel, compression and rebound adj Wheels: Stans crest 24” hoops, straight gauge 2.0 spokes, colored nipples, Shimano m525 hubs, Maxxis sniper tires set up tubeless Drivetrain: Promax 160mm crankset w/ wolftooth narrow wide 36t chainring Xt chain, Xt cassette w/ wolftooth 42t extended ring and 16t cog Xt medium cage derailleur w/ xt shifter Brakes: Avid elixir R sl F/r 160mm rotor front/ 140mm rear Specialized bars/ stem/ grips/ shortened stock specialized seatpost/ specialized henge saddle Specialized bennie white pedals.
