Rear travel can be swapped between 130mm and 115mm. I increased the fork from 140 to 150mm. All pivots were just taken apart cleaned and greased. Complete bike weight is 28.9lbs without frame box and no pedals, set up tubeless. Everything works great and is ready to shred. Optional inclusion: custom frame box with two compartments, the lower compartment fits a large water bottle with extra space. Frame box is removable and held on with the downtube water bottle bolts and a foam layer wrapped around the front point that makes it fit snug. I have a 2014 fox factory 32, it has 120mm of travel. Has 51mm offset. The steer tube is cut to 6,3/8". tapered steer tube, non boost 15x100mm axle. the fronts of the stanchions are worn so it has a bit of play in it, it needs a new csu, (crown steerer uppers). The internals, adjustments and lockout all work fine, and its still rideable as is.
