I'm selling my Giant Anthem Advanced 2 with Novatec Flowtrail wheelset. I've had this bike around 3 months and covered under 200 miles on it, and as a result it is in very good condition bar the odd cosmetic mark shown in the photos. I've set up the wheels tubeless with Stans valves and sealant. The front tyre has been changed to a Hans Dampf after the original Racing Ralph punctured and wouldn't seal but it will be included as it can still be patched/used with an inner tube. As well as upgrading the wheels to The Novatec Flowtrails (all the bits for swapping to different axles will be included) I've also swapped the grips to ESI silicone grips. One has a slight tear and I will also include the original giant lock on grips. Apart from these upgrades the spec is pretty standard. I work in a bike shop and prior to sale I've given the bike a full strip down service, including taking off the whole drivetrain and cleaning it in a parts washer, truing the wheels, cleaning the frame and re-greasing bearings and mech springs which we charge £100 normally. The drivetrain is in top working order, cables all run smoothly with nice crisp shifting. the is next to no wear to the chain and cassette With the upgraded wheels, going tubeless and swapping the grips the bike weighs pretty much 12kg/26.5lb, making is a fantastic bike to climb on, with the rear suspension keeping the rear tyre glued to the ground. The frame is extremely stiff and the handling is razor sharp, yet manages to be stable at high speeds and over rougher terrain. As you may imagine the Fox 32's perform flawlessly as does the Float shock. This bike makes an excellent cross country race bike but is more than capable of riding far tougher terrain than the specs would suggest, having personally ridden all the loops at Aston Hill and Forest Of Dean.
