FOR SALE: Matt Black Fox 32 F120 RL (2008/9) with remote, removed off my bike. This has barely been ridden and has just been serviced by local bike shop Edge Cycleworks. No visible marks/scratches on the stanchions or lowers...(EDIT: had the bikes removed at local shop and they couldn't get the crown race off...and decided to use a screwdriver?? This left some chips as can be seen in the pics. However, this can't be seen when the forks are fitted, I just want to be honest. To compensate I am offering them at £200 reduced from £250 picked up from Lancaster or £225 posted). Genuine reason for sale: Fox forks are almost all racing spec, with high tolerances, and thus need a high maintanence (15 hour service schedule includes removing the lowers). I am replacing them with a coil sprung Rock Shox Sektor, and will take a slight gain in weight and loss in performance for something that is easier to maintain. UPDATE: these are QR and the steerer length is 26.5cm) I am very sad to let them go, but can't justify keeping them as I don't race and need something more adaptive for daily commutes and a heavier rider (although I found out AFTER buying my sektors that the spare x-firm springs don't come out for a month at least...come on now SRAM). These are great forks, as can be found in review on top of review around the web. If you race, have experience with fox forks, or some experience/room to service then they will not let you down. (Another reason I need to let them go, I live in a 1 bedroom flat on second floor which I share with my fiance who is quite neat and tidy...not good room for oily servicing!!) They haven't been removed yet, thus no pictures, but I assure you they are in basically as new condition, if not 'ridden for a week on roads' condition. I'm getting my Sektors fit on thursday (23/10/2010) so they will be available from then
