Bearings are smooth.
Come with headset cup that allows you to run 27.5" wheels. Currently set up for 29".
Comes with headset to run 1 1/8 steerer fork.
Has some bumps and bruises but is overall good condition. Only thing worth noting is slight indentation of both sides of the top tube from fork strikes.
