But I honestly have no idea what he was talking about, something about improving, stiffness and facebook....
Many train these days, but many have wives and families etc. It is amazing that they take priority over biking sometimes...
Still, if something other than training can gain you 6 second over 3 minutes then that is all good for me :o)
When I thought about it, how much time does it take to earn money to buy upgrades to bike components every year then well I am looking for ways to work less... It is way more time/cost effective to train, even build/maitain a pumptrack than buy stuff. That's all I wanted to say - we need more of that kind of thinking, industry takes it's toll on our pockets and we are not becoming better riders/happier people from it.
