you can use them with the crack but it will get bigger very slowly but it will...
and i shouldnt damage them anymore

yeah they would, it might have a bit of rake, idk never seen a 09 with 200mm forks before. umm i dont know if you can repair it maby weld it, that might work but what i suggest is to order in whole new lowers for only 200(my local bike shop said that).
