WTB North Shore capable ride!!!

Hey you, Yeah you with the great bike... I've sold my dirt jumper and am on the market for a RAD new ride! I'm looking to spend $700-1000 on a bike I can tear up the North Shore Trails with. Doesn't have to be perfect, I know $700 isn't gonna get me a competition ready bike... I'm a fan of the: Norco- Shore, Six, Stryk Specialized- Pitch,Enduro,Sx trail Rocky Mountain- Slayer... Etc...
