I have really enjoyed this rack. I have kept it clean and have taken good care of it. I have always touched it up if it got scratched. It is in great shape, it is clean and undamaged. These were my girlfriend's wheels. She is a non-aggressive intermediate rider. Therefore, these beauties have never been ridden hard, never crashed and have never been abused. What that means is that their life is just beginning and you get a fresh set of wheels. Sticker scuffs here and there but, you'll have to look for them. They roll true with no issues whatsoever. The rear wheel has the stock ratchet. You get the wheels each with a Shimano Ice-Tech 180mm Rotor. They are valved and taped. All you have to do is install your cassette & tires and ride !!!
