I was doing a bh over a stne and when i landed ,,bang'' it was broken
but fortunately i bought a new bar at the same day and i could continue driving

There are two ways of doing the fjtw
the easy one(youjust put your feet between the fork and the wheel)
and the really hard one where you kick the bike
has he started directly with the hard one
(damn im trying him for about 1 month
i can do him the easy way but i have no idea how to kick the bike
