Throwback Thursday: Opinion - The Argument For Short-Travel Bikes
I'm gonna say i agree with the general premise of this article. I have a Transition Trans-am that i have built up with a fox float 36 up front that absolutely is pure joy to ride. I have a Banshee Spitire (127mm) travel out back with a float 36 up front with a 66 hta that is absolutely fun to rip. both bike bring huge smiles to my face, am i going a bit slower down certain sections of trails, yep, am i having fun going slower, yep!!!

Kona Stinky Air ('08) frame and totem coil fork

$1100 USD
08 stinky air frame size lg with fox dhx air 5.0 08 totem coil frame includes d.o.p.e. floating brake and raceface diablous headset. got frame mid season in '08. i primarily ride at blackrock and post canyon and this is too much bike for me. it's in great shape. i'm an old dude who rides pretty tame. don't ride in mud and this bike has not seen any major crashes. it really does have low miles. i would consider selling frame and fork seperately for $600 each. this is a great deal. it's an $1,000 fork and$1,600 frame. this ad is legit. would love to sell locally the photos i am posting are not of my actually bike i will try and upload those later.

Doing Our Part
sounds awesome, and i don't see anywhere in there where the author suggests that it's just christian kids who get bikes. maybe his defintion of deserving is someone who "has nothing". And for everyone saying it doesn't help to give a bike for free. come on... how many of you wouldn't take a free bike no strings attached.
