Jul 1, 2014***19'' Decathlon Bitwin Rock Rider 8.2***
$1099 USDGuys from Europe should know Decathlon, the largest French sport equipment retailer. Their bike brand is Bitwin, Rock Rider is the mountain bike sub brand of Bitwin. Rock Rider 8.2 is their flagship mountain bike. But mine is even better; I swapped the wheels, saddle, stem, and handle bar into some really nice stuff you can get out there. Take a closer look at the components list down below. This is probably the best hard tail deal you can ever find here. I brought this bike with me when I came to the states last year; got a road bike; then hardly had any chance to ride it, now I need to turn it into cash for some upgrades for my road bike.
Here is the specs of it:
Frame - 19'' Rock Rider 8.2 aluminum alloy frame.
Fork - Manitou R7 Pro air pressured fork.
Front derailleur - SRAM X9
Rear derailleur - SRAM X9 9spd
Shifters - SRAM X9
Crank set - Truvativ Stylo
Cassette - SRAM PG980
Wheel set - customized with Chosen hubs and Sun Inferno 25 rims, 1640g a pair, light and strong.
Brakes - Avid E5 with float disk.
Stem - KCNC SC Wing, 98g Scandium stem
Bar - KCNC SC Bone 116g Scandium bar
Saddle - Fizi:k Gobi
Pedal - AEST Titanium axle super light pedal
QRs - AEST Titanium axle super light QRs
Tires - Innova Cobra folding tire, 380g per tire.
Well, after seeing the specs, probably you can hardly find any bike sold at this price with similar specs. If you are an avid rider like me, think about it.
