Id go with outlaws for the price i think they are by far some of the best wheels out there.. they can take everything you can throw at them and theyre a lil more heavy than other wheels but its not like a pound or two would make a dramatic difference..
for how youre gonna treat that bike, id say go for a pair of sun ringle equalizer 27s or 29s (not 29ers, like 29mm wide). you dont want outlaws or something like that cause theyre just gonna weigh down your bike and make it harder to pedal cause theyre heavier to rotate
No they were just trued, no dents or flatspots, a couple little scratches but they are pretty much new. It's a 20mm front and 135 mm rear. I'll post pics tomorrow. They are really lite also
