Burning Question: Eleven Major Manufacturers on Frame Warranty
I find it funny how commencals new warranty policy states "THE QUALITY AND RELIABILITY OF COMMENCAL® BIKES AND OUR RIDE ALPHA® COMPONENTS ARE OUR PRIORITY WHICH IS WHY WE HAVE COMPLETE CONFIDENCE IN OUR PRODUCTS. FOR THIS REASON, WE OFFER A MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY THAT GOES WELL BEYOND LEGAL OBLIGATIONS". I'm not sure what world they live in as in the EU, 2 years is the minimum legal requirement. They certainly aren't going well beyond legal obligations.
