Salsa Spearfish XC/Marathon bike
$1500 USD2014 Salsa Spearfish dual suspension mountain bike with nice upgrades. This is a very light (25 lb) mountain bike that's very efficient on climbs and excellent on downhills. I have used this bike in places like Pisgah National Forest for long (10 mile+) climbs and long (5 mile+) downhills. Upgrades include Mavic Crossmax Pro Wheels (really light with fast engaging hubs), SRAM XXI carbon cranks, Shimano SLX hydraulic disk brakes, a Race Face stem and handlebar, and grippy Maxxis tires. The bike is in excellent condition and I have had the shocks regularly serviced. This thing is fast and comfortable.

$700 USDSize Large (20"), 2010 Foes Racing Prolite XC dual suspension. This custom frame was hand made in the United States by Foes Racing. Color is sharp looking raw aluminum with custom hand welding visible. Bike features Fox rear (90mm) and RockShox SID Race fork with carbon crown (100 mm), 1x Shimano SLX/Deore drive train w/Wolftooth chainring, Magura hydraulic disc brakes, Azonic Outlaw wheels (red), Renthal Fatbar handlebars, WTB Silverado saddle, Race Face stem, Troy Lee Grips, Kenda Nevegal tires (2.4). RockShox SID front shock has been fully serviced. This is a great XC marathon bike, but also has the parts build to handle serious trail riding.
