$150 USDThis Giant Rincon 26in mountain bike is a fantastic option for a new cyclist wanting to hit up some gravel trails and do some light mountain biking. It has an easy to use grip shifter and 3x9 Shimano A group set. Plenty of range to go up or down hills with 27 available gears. I have recently replaced the cables and housing, so the gears are shifting smoothly. I have also recently added Forte Linear Pull/V Brakes on to this bike for maximum braking performance. Road Bike (Giant OCR 3: SIZE Large)
$500 USDThis is an excellent road bike for a new cyclist. Highly adjustable for your riding style. Long days in the mountains or cruising by the beach. It has a durable yet light aluminum frame and carbon fork. Reliable 3x9 Shimano Sora group set which I have recently replaced the cables and housing for. I have also installed new brake pads which make for surprisingly good braking performance on the aluminum Alex DA22 rims. Lastly, I've replaced the chain AND bar tape.
