Two Rocky mountain fat bikes stolen from my garage this evening. Both are a size small, one is black with a frame bag and the other is orange. Happened between the hours of 7:30pm and 8:45pm. Cash reward for whereabouts of the bikes. Located in Saskatoon, Stonebridge area. Mel

The Northwest Trail Alliance (NWTA) was raffling off a custom bike in order to raise money for their trail work projects and ongoing advocacy to improve off-road bicycling access and conditions throughout the region. The bike (size 17") is a carbon fiber, Veloforma Rival Two9R model with a custom paint job and it comes with a hand-picked component package that includes: a Cannondale "Lefty" carbon XLR 100mm fork; Thompson seatpost and stem; Stan’s No Tubes ZTR Crest wheelset; and a SRAM XO build kit. It's got an estimated retail value of $8,500 USD and it was donated by Portland-based Showers Pass. I have had the following updated: 1) New chain and cassette, last summer. 2) Lefty fork serviced. 3) New brake pads. 4) New tires, set up tubeless. 2.0 5) New Jones adventure bar with grips. 6) New bar tape. 7) Timbuk2 bag system, handlebar bag, top tube bag and large foldable saddle bag. I just picked up this bike from a acquaintance who is a avid cyclist and mechanic. I personally did an overhaul, bought all the bags and racks, and even picked up a lightweight tent, bag and sleeping mat. Was looking forward to picturesque multi day rides...who am I kidding, I just dont have the time. Someone else needs to ride this bike this summer and go on an adventure! I don't really want to sell this but I won't be using it this fall; and it is way too nice to be just sitting around. It's a 2009 Orca Gold, which refers to the type of carbon used in the frame. It has history, was once ridden and raced by Erin Willock in Beijing in 2008, that seems like an anomaly but the pro teams got the bikes a year before everybody else. It had the top tube repaired by Calfee Designs in 2012 as did many of the same design. It comes with a practically brand new Bontrager Aeolus 9.0 made HED. Super fast and brand new tires on them. The bike will come with three forks, two Orbea full carbon and a Easton EC90 fork. The seat post, stem and bars are all Easton and the saddle is a Fizik carbon railed Arione that matches the bike. The two bottle cages are Elite Vico Carbon and match the bike as well. No pedals included. It's been cleaned and taken care of. Its a size 49cm (roughly extra small).
