Boxxer Charger RC
$150 CADRockshox Boxxer RC Damper from a 2019 that I bought in 2020. I rode it one season and had it serviced at Fluid Function. I then rode it halfway through 2021 when I swapped it out. It has not been used since. It's pretty much new and won't need service anytime soon.

$40 CADI put these on my DH for those long days at Whistler. No question that they work, they definitely reduce arm fatigue. I would keep them but after using an ergonomic grip for so many years it's hard to go back to a round profile of the RevGrips.

Titanium Hummer 97
$200 CADI bought this Deep Cove Hummer back in 1997ish. It's a 17inch frame which equals to a medium.
I used too big of a fork and it has a small crack on the downtube right at the head tube. Deep Cove had it weld repaired once but because I kept using the fork the weld has a small crack too.
It would be possible to either have another weld or gusset applied to bring it back to life as a rigid fork road ride or any other franken bike. Nothing is as comfortable as titanium; it has excellent damping qualities and absorbs vibration and chatter. Much better than steel and it's 100% rust proof.
I've literally had this frame sitting here for 20+ years with the intention of doing something with it. That's how confident I am about its condition and potential! It really would be a great project frame for the right person.
