Dalian bike park: they have a small hotel you can stay, 30 dollars per day, and if you wanna rent a whole month, i can help to talk to them. about the apartment nearby...hmmm....it depends...and there is a small village nearby, but i have no idea how much ...
Xi'an: its a forest park actually, there is no apartment or village nearby, only way is staying at their hotel, 5 stars...about 80dollars per day.
and also there is another bike park in Hebei, called Genting, similar price as Xi'an.
if you wanna riding here, i wouldn't suggest you to spend whole month at one spot...try to visit them all.
