BMC Speedfox 02 ONE XO1

$3250 USD
NEW!!! we have also size small. 2018 BMC SPEEDFOX 02 ONE XO1 Eagle 27.5" MOUNTAIN MSRP $6500 GENERAL INFORMATION The new BMC Speedfox 02 looks just like the BMC Speedfox 01. That’s because the frame is identical. Same carbon, same molds. It’s a trail bike that takes the definition of trail farther out. Just like it’s predecessor, you can choose, depending on your height, riding style, and preferred terrain, between either 27.5” or 29er wheels. The rear triangle is fabricated out of welded, hydroformed, triple-butted aluminum for both durability and cost savings. The only penalty is about 300g, with a frame, including shock and paint coming in at 2680g. The rest of the bike is identical in terms of position and ride. This is a bike that furthers the definition of trail by adding suspension, tuning, control, and fun. The change people talk about first with this Speedfox is a new technology called Trailsync. It’s a cable-actuated handlebar-mounted lever system that simultaneously drops the seatpost and opens up the rear suspension. Ride with your saddle high and suspension firm for the climbs and flats, drop it a bit for rough stuff, drop it all the way when letting it all hang out at high speed. The drop is 80mm for the Small, 100mm for the Medium, and both the Large and XL have 120mm. There’s a stop 35mm down before dropping the whole way. And when you let go, it comes up fast, and you’re ready to go in a flash. BMC routes the cable internally to both the shock and the post. The post itself is an alloy mast with a post-topper similar to what you find on seat-masted road bikes. You cut the mast to get close to the right size, and then fine-tune with the topper clamp. Travel for the bike is 120mm for the frames that fit 29er wheels, 130mm for the 650b wheels. The travel is controlled by BMC’s proven Advanced Pivot System (APS), which features an aluminum rocker and sag indicators, so you can easily dial in your suspension. The ride is able to provide tremendous sensitivity while still isolating bumps from pedaling. Thanks to the compact design, it’s easy to fit in the frame, super-stiff at the linkage points, and light. The frame is molded out of carbon fiber. Shaping is extensive, working to maximize torsional stiffness at the bottom bracket and head tube, while still keeping the bike light, and even a little designed-in vertical compliance. As the clean design suggests, all the cables are routed internally. What you can’t see is that they’ve also installed internal guides to make the internal routing simple and easy. You’ll also find a rubber bumper underneath the bottom of the downtube, a mudguard covering the lower linkage, and another bumper on the right chainstay. The bottom bracket standard is BB92. You can set this bike up either with a 1x system, or with a sideswing front derailleur and multiple chainrings. There’s even a chain guide above the bottom bracket shell to prevent the chain from being wedged between the crank and the frame. The rear derailleur can mount to either a standard or direct mount hanger. The frame also features Boost technology. That’s a 148x12mm rear thru-axle. The extra width means greater lateral stiffness as well as room for wider tires. You can fit 58mm wide tires between the rear stays with 6mm of clearance. The fork on complete bikes comes as a Boost fork as well. The steerer tube is designed to take a tapered 1 1/8” to 1 ½” steerer. The frame was designed to work with 51mm offset and 120mm travel forks for the 29ers and 46mm offset and 130mm travel for the 650b wheels. With all these standout features, it might be easy to forget about the ride. BMC hasn’t. And they’ve further dialed in the geometry. As has been noted elsewhere, BMC is staffed with riders who are passionate about two-wheeled pursuits. They design their bikes to work in the demanding conditions they find outside their doors. Switzerland, being a mountainous country with trails everywhere, begs for any bike to be an efficient climber. The geometry has been dialed further to make sure the bike climbs with ease, but still have the stability necessary to descend with confidence. BMC gets to this place with medium-length chainstays and moderate head angle. They expect riders to install relatively short stems, as they spec their S frame with a 45mm stem, and the rest with 55mm. The frame has postmounts for the brake mounting. It can fit 140mm rotors without adapters, and can go up to 180mm with adapters. When bought as a complete bike, 180mm rotors, front and rear, are standard. The BMC Speedfox 02 adds practical features to the expansive ride. BMC TRAILFOX 02

$3000 USD
NEW!!! 2018 BMC TRAILFOX 02 ONE FULL SUSPENSION MOUNTAIN BIKE GREEN SMALL RETAIL $5300 We Have all size !!! The BMC Trailfox 02 shares a frame with their world-beating Trailfox 01. The difference is found in the rear triangle. Rather the differences. The rear triangle is made of triple-butted, hydroformed Al-13 aluminum. And is also spaced for Boost. Boost is the new spacing standard that widens the rear triangle and the fork. This move has three benefits. The first is greater lateral stiffness of the wheel and the frame. The second is stronger wheels thanks to better dishing angles. The third is the ability to run wider tires, or in this case, switch to 27.5” Plus, if you want your ride to be super-duper sure-foooted. The Trailfox 02 bikes come built with 29er wheels, but now you have the option to further tune your ride. If you decide to swap in 27.5” wheels, you can run a max tire width of 3.0”. The thing about Plus wheels and tires is that the outer diameter matches the outer diameter of 29er wheels and tires. The wheels, no matter which way you choose, are big. Big wheels sometimes have a mind of their own. Not when they’re paired up with BMC’s Big Wheel Concept (BWC) that teaches the big hoops how to behave. With short chainstays, a low bottom bracket, long top tube, and short stem, the wheels are agile, while still providing the rolling advantages big wheels should. The BMC Trailfox platform is a bike that not only tames the fun side of the mountain, but makes the work side fun. For the descents, this is a 150mm-travel full-suspension bike. For the ascents, this is a short-chainstayed climber. The Trailfox came about thanks to the Enduro World Series. The BMC Factory Trailcrew Team needed something that could excel on descents, but was still something they enjoyed pedaling. So, they decided they needed 150mm of suspension to absorb the bumps, they needed big 29er wheels because they roll better, they needed an Advanced Pivot System (APS) to find the right degree of sensitivity in the rear end and keep the linkages as simple as possible, they needed short chainstays to climb well, and a long front-center measurement to keep the screaming descents to an barely audible pitch. With those basic parameters, they went to work designing the frame. Thanks to their advanced computer modeling system, they mocked up countless geometries and tube shapes and layups to figure out what worked best, at least in theory. And when they had narrowed down the possibilities, built some up for pro feedback. And with that, a little more tweaking and then the Trailfox you see here came into existence. The shapes have been optimized for fighting torsional flex, at the fork and crank and rear wheel, shapes that are only possible thanks to their ability to mold carbon-fiber. The steerer has a 1 1/8” to 1 ½” taper for the ultimate in stiffness while still working with most stems on the market. The top and downtubes are flattened and wide for strength. The bottom of the downtube has an integrated molded rubber bumper. The top tube has been dropped to the point that it’s just above the shock, providing excellent stand over clearance. As this is BMC, they utilize the BB92 standard because it both lightens up the frame and allows them to build as wide as possible. They also favor the 31.6mm seat post diameter for both lightweight and because it works well with dropper posts. They allow you to route up to five cables/hoses internally through the frame. That’s for your rear derailleur, rear brake, shock, dropper post, and/or whatever else you think you can fit. The frame works with 1x drivetrains only. The rear derailleur hanger is replaceable and is available both as a standard and direct-mount type. The rear thru-axle is 148x12mm. The brake mount is their Natural-Born Postmount, which allows you to replace destroyed threads. It fits 180 or 203mm rotors. As bikes that go down fast need more gear, there’s still more. There are integrated ISCG mounts to protect the frame and keep the chain railed. There is an easily-seen initial load (aka sag) indicator for quickly dialing in the sag when you first settle on the saddle. The right chainstay has an injection-molded protector. The included shock is Cane Creek’s DB Inline with150mm of travel. DB is short for Double Barrel, and some people see it as a revolutionary offering. The design brings the performance of their coil and air shocks into a smaller unit, so it can fit in frames with tight clearances. The shock is also incredibly tunable. It offers independent external adjusting of high and low speed rebound and compression. Thanks to the design and tuning, and abetted by the APS, this shock allows you to ride bigger and go deeper. They recommend a 1 1/8” to 1 ½” tapered steerer 150mm travel fork with 51mm of offset. A Medium frame weighs in at 2820g including shock and hardware. The BMC Trailfox 02 opens up your ability to not only have fun, but to go more extreme.
