The only aftermarket part on this bike when I bought it is the Answer Pro Taper carbon bars. This bike does have usual wear and tear (i.e. scratches, scuffs) to the frame and some on the fork. Upgrades: -Hope bar end plugs -Lizard Skin TLD lock-on grips -Hope seat clamp to add color (I will throw in original Bontrager black seat clamp) -Azonic Outlaw 26" wheel set (currently running 20mm thru axle to the fork, i still have the 15mm and QR adapters) -Maxxis Minion tires "26x2.3" -MRP chain guide/bashguard (don't remember exact model name but supports 32-36T) - Renthal 32T Chainring -Shimano Zee crankset -Sram external bottom bracket -Azonic flat pedals -Sram PC-951 chain -Sram 9 speed cassette Original components still on the bike -Rock Shox Lyrik 160mm front fork -Fox RP2 rear air shock. -Sram X9 9 speed derailleur -There are clips on the frame to support an external routed dropper seat post. -Avid Elixir R SL brakes (discontinued but work like a champ) -Original Specialized stem -Specialzed Henge saddle This bike overall is a very good condition with a lot of upgraded components with some scratches and scuffs.
