is there some kind of rear disk adapter needed ?? also is it a really heavy bike for uphill etc 6-7kg i am told just fopr the frame.thats a hell of a weight.and can it take front mech cos it looks like it?

did you runt the clark m4's? are they any good? for £32 a piece they cant be all shit or fantastic but a cheap replacement if you need a new set.must be better then shimano 2 pot deore.anyonemaybe hook up with xt levers?

so you dont have the internals so are these in working order and are they for sale and price? idealy i just need the left cartridge full internal only.but would settle for top cap as my adjuster is fucked.but its probable a grub screw or just the loder bolt on part as mine snapped at bolt external end.
