I'm about the same height 5'2"-5'3" When I rode it I didn't have any problems with its size.

not sure have to look into it. It weighs about 29 lbs maybe less now. and I might depending on the situation.

Hey just to answer your question I am about 5'5 and I have no problems with the size of the bike. It can also fit much larger people too.
