Bike is in excellent condition and has very few marks on it at all. I have not been riding my mountain bikes much the past 2 years as I have focused much more on touring rides and I'm moving so I figured its time to sell this bike. I got a decent amount of use out of my Nomad during the first year of ownership, though have only ridden the bike 5 times in the past two years. I have maintained the bike well. I have kept the bearings lubricated, serviced the fork twice, and had the shock serviced by Avalanche, where a low speed compression upgrade was performed. RASTA BIKE MON!! I bought this 2011 Transition Double frame new from Transition in 2012 and built it frame up. Bearings have all JUST been replaced. The shock was recently sent into fox and had a new air sleeve put in. Also, The fork was serviced within the last year, though I almost never ride this bike anymore. This is why I am selling it. The bike is in great condition. The fork is an argyle rct, which can be set at 100, 120, and 140mm by means of internal adjustments. I have it currently set at 120. Here we have a barely used (5 rides) 2014 kona cindercone purchased new at Hank and Frank bikes on College Avenue in Berkeley. All parts are as spec from this website. http://2014.konaworld.com/cinder_cone.cfm The bike has Kona's updated geometry and rolls on 27.5 (650b) wheels. It truly is a fun hardtail to ride and is comfortable. Also, the bike has hydraulic disc brakes of course. Fork is a 100mm travel rockshox xc 30 air fork, which is great due to its light weight and adjustability. Bike is a 3x9 gearing, but is totally worth upgrading to a 1x10 or 1x11 if that is what you want. Everything is clean and running extremely smooth, no dents or scratches from riding whatsoever. This bike will be a good fit for anyone 5' 4" up to 5' 9". This is a men's or a women's mountain bike and is a really good entry level hardtail. I originally bought this bike with the intention of getting my girlfriend into riding, but it just never happened and so it is time to hand it off to someone who will enjoy its riding potential. The bike will come with either the original saddle or a women's WTB speed V saddle, and of course, the toe straps can be taken off of the pedals if wanted. The bike has been cleaned and lubed, and the drivetrain has been tuned. Everything is in perfect working condition, as it is essentially new. Even the tires have virtually no wear whatsoever.
