I have for sale here an amazing setup to get into the freeride or DH race scene! 2012 Trek Session 8 in size Medium. The only thing not upgraded (anymore) is the fork which is an older Marzocchi Bomber I believe 888, but not actually sure. Needs new seals and oil and will function like new! The rest of the bike is dialed! Fox DHX2 with Kashima coating rear shock with 550lb SLS. Spank Spike 33 race rims laced to Hope Pro 2 in the rear(157x12), and a Hope Pro 4 up front(110x20) wheels built by local bike shop at the end of 2020. Reverse Components 203mm rotors front and rear. Maxxis DHR in the rear and DHF up front for tires. 780mm x 40mm rise Chromag FU-Bar handle bar. PNW Loam Grips, fairly new. The brakes are Sram Guide Ultimates with the carbon levers. Has the Sram Gx 7spd DH cassette, shifter and derailleur. The cranks are race face with a Straightline bash guard and silent chain keeper setup. The seat is a Deity rail style seat hooked to a carbon Kore seatpost. I have an extra Thompson seat post that is a bit longer that will come with the bike as well (rail style). Also included at the asking price are the two extra shocks I have for it, a Rockshox Vivid Air, and a Fox Van R with a 500lb SLS spring. Both good backups. Helping my buddy sale his bike. He realized it’s too much bike for the style of riding he does. So, up for grabs is a 2009-10 Specialized Bighit FSR III. There have been some upgrades that we made to this bike including the Rockshox Totem fork in 180mm travel, Deity Pedals, Sram NX 11 sod rear derailleur, 11spd chain, and rear cassette. The Kore bars and Stem. And ODI lock on grips were added within the last three years. The WTB saddle was also added then. The brakes were upgraded to Shimano Saint brakes and Shimano Rotors. This bike is an absolute ripper. Size medium. The only thing still stock on it are the wheels and the rear Fox DHX 4.0 shock. The spring is new, 500lb. May have a slightly lighter spring but the suspension on this is light due to the geometry. The cranks are solid, and all bearings are running smooth. The bike is rolling on Kendra Small Block Eight in the rear and a Maxxis DHF up front.Willing to ship using bike flights at buyers expense, but prefer local pickup. Price is OBO. Not sure of the exact year, 2012-2014 ish Rochshox Pike 160mm fork with 15x100 thru axle, and tapered steerer with 7.5” of steer tube. Coming with it is a set of brand new never used shimano deore hubs. Also included is a single brand new 6” shimano rotor. I was planning on a project and decided to just buy a new bike after selling my bike. Get a good start to your own project, or add this beast of a fork to your current ride. Open to bike related trades, specifically looking for a dirt jumper setup next. The rear shimano hub is 12x142 thru axle, axle included! Thanks for looking.
