well the 09s have better forks actualy there lowwered to 80mmm so their better for street park dj and when a bike is not sold new anymore that means the price goes down not up

on the norco site it says the 250 comes with 318 plus u can see the ajustements on it that the 302 doesnt have plus i have seen it aat the local bikes shop but i could be rong lol i cant really see the crown
