From what I've heard Polygon has some goofy frames. Generally heavier and build quality isn't splendid (think slightly misaligned rear triangles that require some flexing to get the rear axle in). I haven't heard of many snapping though FWIW.

@nowthatsdoomage: My Bear Pawls hubs on my Fezzari Delano Peak worked without fuss for the year that I used them (before upgrading to an I9 wheelset). Riding 2 or 3 times a week on average I'd estimate I put more than 1500 miles on them. If you're super worried about it I'd say just ride on 'em for however long and get a nice DT Swiss or I9 wheelset when you got the funds. Even if you aren't fast you'll feel a big difference on a nice set of wheels.

@Parkershark: For the value, my fez coulda been named 'the big shitter' and I still woulda bought it. Love this thing. Come to think of it, I probably would be more likely to buy a bike if it had "THE BIG SHITTER" in big text on the downtube
